Frenchie is a beautiful little male cockatiel who was surrendered when his original owner could no longer take care of him. He is very intelligent with an extensive vocabulary and musical repertoire which he enjoys whistling when he is happy. And now that he has found his forever home he is enjoying lots of shoulder rides and head pets. We are also happy to report that he whistles “If You’re Happy and You Know it Clap Your Hands” every day to his knew favorite person! We are so glad that Frenchie is loved and appreciated, he is obviously happy and he shows it!
