Casper is a mostly white boy, with brown spots and the most beautiful big blue eyes. He had a traumatic few months before coming to the rescue when the only person he ever knew passed away and the family was unable to keep him. Casper is very sweet and easily handled but super shy at first. Thankfully, Casper found a new home with an owner who is very patient and understanding of his needs. They were willing to work through Casper’s initial tendency to hide in reaction to new people and places, and with time and patience saw Casper come out of his shell. Now Casper is a calm, gentle, and affectionate big ball of love. It took a very special owner to take the time and willingness to work with Casper and give him all the love that he deserves.
