This app is not sold or distributed to the public and is used solely to support the operations of One Love Animal Rescue.

We only collect the minimum information necessary for volunteers and fosters to use the app.

1.1 Personal Information You Provide

When you create an account or use features in the app, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Password you create for login

1.2 Information Related to Rescue Operations

When using the app’s features, you may also submit:

• Animal notes and behavior updates
• Photos of animals (taken with your camera or uploaded from your device)
• Supply requests (for fosters and volunteers)
• Task updates and progress

1.3 No Sensitive or Unnecessary Data

We do not collect:

• Location data
• Payment information
• Contact lists
• Device identifiers
• Advertising data
• Health data
• Analytics or tracking data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only for internal rescue operations, including:

Only the following people can access information submitted through the app:

• One Love Rescue directors
• Authorized rescue staff
• System administrators who maintain our private server/NAS

4. Data Storage & Security

All app data is stored on our private One Love server/NAS, physically owned and maintained by One Love Animal Rescue.

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information, including secure account login, access controls, and encrypted server connections where applicable.

5. Permissions Used by the App

To function as intended, the app requires access to:

• Camera – to take photos of animals
• Photo Library – to upload existing images
• Notifications – to send task reminders or updates

We do not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, or any unnecessary device features.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as you remain an active volunteer or foster.

Animal-related notes and photos may be archived as part of permanent rescue records to ensure accurate history for current and future adopters.

7. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account or personal information at any time.

Once deleted, your login information and personal profile will be removed from our system. Operational animal records you created (such as notes or photos) may remain for rescue continuity.

8. Children’s Privacy

The One Love App is intended only for adult volunteers and approved fosters.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we discover such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes to the app or rescue operations. The updated date will always be shown at the top of this page.
